Propitas have been assisting Altitude Real Estate in a project management capacity over the past year to bring forward development plans on the former ABC Cinema site in Tunbridge Wells. A detailed planning application has now been submitted for an exciting mixed use development for 60,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant units, a 3 screen cinema, a medical centre or offices and 108 apartments.
