Propitas were appointed by Resolution Property to assist in due diligence on the acquisition of The Pithay, Bristol. The property comprises approximately 180,000 sq ft NIA of predominantly office use with ancillary commercial uses to the lower floors. As part of the process we reviewed historic technical reports, surveys and proposals for conversion of the building to residential use along with assisting the client with budget cost estimates for developing their own business plan to refurbish the property retaining its office and commercial uses as a new creative hub in Bristol. Propitas will be retained as Project Manager for the scheme.
