Propitas were instructed by a national infrastructure company to inspect and prepare multiple Schedules of Condition on a complex of railway archways, to be appended to a new lease. The archways and yard area are to be used as a London base for the ongoing infrastructure works in association with Transport for London. The demise will be used for storage and loading yards with ancillary office spaces for administration works. Propitas were able to inspect the demise and prepare the schedules to safeguard our client against any excessive dilapidations works at lease expiry.
