Propitas were appointed by an International steel distributor, to undertake a dilapidations assessment of a main warehouse distribution unit in the UK as part of a strategic review of current lease liabilities.  A detailed inspection of the property was undertaken together with a comprehensive review of lease documentation in order to calculate the cost of potential dilapidations liabilities. These costs became an important deciding factor on whether they would renew their lease but also how to mitigate their liability prior to lease end.
