Following our client acquiring the freehold of Aireside House in Leeds City centre earlier this year, Propitas were appointed by the Landlord to act as Contract Administrator with respect of some essential repair and maintenance works to this multi-occupied property. The project, where the scope was defined as part of our pre-acquisition technical due diligence, included renewing the rendered finish to the east elevation, stonework repairs, remediating the damp within the basement and second floor areas, as well as some health and safety improvements. A lovely historic building to work on, dwarfed by the modern structures next to it!
