Propitas were appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant on a Cat B fit out of over 41,000 sqft of office and ancillary space within this three-storey property on behalf of DHU Healthcare CIC. The works included a comprehensive fit out over three floors to provide training, meeting room and office facilities. Works also included formation of a new canteen and breakout space, re-modelling of the WCs and shower facilities, and refurbishment of the reception area including a brand new entrance vestibule. 

Complete replacements were undertaken to the HVAC systems to ensure comfort, with modernised CCTV and access control systems implemented. We also continued to improve sustainability by installing EV chargers to the car park.
