On behalf of Northwood Investors International, Propitas have been appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant on the multi-million pound refurbishment of the former Diageo office in Edinburgh, which they acquired in the middle part of 2019.

The works will result in the creation of 90 serviced office suites, with break out areas formed, fully refurbished WCs and newly formed shower facilities. The contract started in November 2019, with the strip out nearing completion as we enter the new year, and a handover date of 19 June 2020.
