Phil Sheepy joins Propitas as a Director, where he will lead the quantity surveying and cost management function nationally. Phil will be introducing new clients to Propitas, as well as developing the service offered to existing and new clients. Phil has over twenty-five years’ experience delivering construction projects as a quantity surveyor, employer’s agent and project manager.
