Propitas acted as PM and EA on a mixed use scheme in Bermondsey, South East London. Located a short walk from trendy Bermondsey Street and London Bridge Station, the project comprised the construction of a new build development comprising 43 apartments, with a mix of private BTR and affordable units, and circa 20,000 sq ft of Cat A office space. The building was meticulously designed, both externally and internally, and offers high spec apartments, amenity spaces and communal roof terraces offering spectacular views of the City and beyond.
