Propitas provided Wesleyan with pre-acquisition survey advice on the acquisition of a 77,000 sq ft retail park in Sheffield. The park comprises six large retail units and a detached Costa pod. Propitas identified a number of issues critical to the acquisition and co-ordinated further investigations which were quickly mobilised to assist the successful completion of the purchase.
