Practical Completion of 2nd Floor, Building 4, Thomas More Square

Propitas have sucessfully completed the Cat A and B refurbishment works of the second floor. The project involved the subdivision and fit out of a 10,500 sq ft office floor, including the relocation of three tenants, as part of the redevelopment of Building 6 as the new European HQ for an international architect’s practice. The project completed on programme and within budget and the reception has been greatly enhanced by the architect’s bespoke ceiling design. The challenge now is to take this on to the next project!
