Propitas were appointed by an international parts manufacturer and distributor in connection with their acquisition of a smaller rival. As part of the due diligence exercise, Propitas were tasked with preparing Dilapidation Assessment Reports on 6 properties that the smaller company had FRI leases on. Spread across the UK, these properties were typically storage and distribution units on industrial estates. The instruction was led by Director Lori Clarke, who coordinated the inspections and reporting process and acted as a single point of contact for the client, who was provided with a summary schedule of all properties and their associated potential liabilities.
