Propitas have been appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant on the next phase of the refurbishment of The Grange, Grange Park, Bishops Cleeve on behalf of Wesleyan Assurance Society. The works include the Cat A refurbishment and sub division of the second floor office accommodation and ancillary space, creation of new and refurbishment of the existing WCs. Outside the office space, we will be creating a central amenity provision at ground floor, together with various other communal elements including rentable board rooms, bike storage and changing room / shower facilities.
The scheme will include new mechanical and electrical installations, including for PV panels to the roof and the decommissioning the outmoded gas supplied heating and hot water systems; all with a target of providing an energy efficient, sustainable product.
Works commenced in July and are due to complete in the New Year.
