Following the recent completion of Phase 1 in July, Propitas have now certified completion of the final phase of the Cat A refurbishment of a third office suite and associated WCs at Lakeside North Harbour, Portsmouth. The project was completed on time and within budget, and represents a change in design philosophy at this business campus, with exposed services and raised floors installed within the former IBM canteen.
