Propitas are acting as Project Manager on the comprehensive refurbishment of a 19th Century style office building in the heart of Brighton, East Sussex, on behalf of Wesleyan Assurance Society.
The refurbishment incorporates a number of components including the rebranding of the buildings entrance, CAT-A refurbishment to a portion of the office areas, remodelling of the common parts including the installation of new WC, shower and bicycle storage facilities, lift modernisation, installation of double-glazed windows and extensive upgrades to the buildings mechanical and electrical services including a new solar array.
The design phase is nearing completion with works due to start on-site in Spring 2024.
