Propitas are acting as PM/EA for 6 floors of Cat A refurbishment works including window replacement to the tower building at the iconic listed Smithson Plaza on behalf of Resolution Property and Fidelidade Property Europe. The design phase is underway with DSDHA and DSA Engineering Ltd with works due to start on site Spring 23.
