Propitas are Project Monitors for the Fund and Bank for the £100m Brewery Square redevelopment now started in Dorchester by Waterhouse and Resolution Property. When building is finished the scheme will provide 500 new homes, 45 shops and restaurants along with a hotel, cinema and arts centre.
