Industrial refurbishment completed in Tottenham for LondonMetric Property PLC (LMP). Propitas undertook pre acquisition TDD, design and full contract administration for the refurbishment. This included replacing asbestos roofs, new flat roof coverings, external decorations, new fencing, extensive strip out of former mezzanines to the warehouse and Cat A works to the offices with a new VRF system and LED lighting throughout.
