Propitas are in the process of finalising the specification and design on behalf of Boultbee Brooks Real Estate for the refurbishment of Boundary House, a 65,000sqft self-contained industrial unit. Works generally include significant upgrading of mechanical and electrical services installations and fabric repairs to ensure FRI condition prior to new lettings. Construction works are anticipated to start on site towards the end of 2014 with the building delivered to market in Q2, 2015.
