Working on behalf of a major UK bookseller, Propitas were appointed to manage external repairs alongside the ongoing fit-out of the property. Critical repair and external redecoration works were prioritised and completed on time to ensure the new store opened in time for the upcoming Literature Festival. A further programme of external repairs to the rear of the property were undertaken following opening and managed through to completion.
