Propitas have certified Practical Completion of the fit out of The Kaleidoscope Plus Group’s new headquarters in West Bromwich. The works comprised the comprehensive fit out of the ground and first floors, to provide new Welcome Centre, welfare, training and office facilities. The Welcome Centre in particular, is very impressive, retaining and highlighting a number of the period features, to create a warm and comforting environment. The project was procured via a two stage design and build route, with Estilo Interiors ultimately appointed as the main contractor. A highly satisfying and rewarding project to deliver, and it was a pleasure working with the client team.
