After three years of design and cost approval, works have finally commenced on the £1.5m refurbishment of the 12,000sqft Mauritius High Commission embassy building in Chelsea. The contractor was appointed in November, with a 36-week programme to complete a comprehensive refurbishment of this prominent historical building, including a full phase of external mainitenance, with replacement windows, new mains incoming services and upgraded lighting, fixtures and finishes and a new passenger lift. Propitas are acting as lead consultant on behalf of the Goverment of Mauritius.
