Propitas were appointed by the parent company of a national vehicle parts logistics operator to review a terminal dilapidations claim served on them by the Landlord and to negotiate a settlement of the claim. The 23,000 sq ft industrial unit had been occupied for more than 20 years under full repairing leases. The total claim was in the region of £460,000 however the total saving achieved for our Client amounted to more than £213,000 – a 54% saving on the original claim.
