Sharkey SE has been appointed as main contractor on the Tabernacle Street project. Propitas are acting as project managers and quantity surveyors on this exciting scheme, which is being carried out on behalf of Propitas’ clients Boultbee LDN and City Innovations.

The first phase will consist of a ‘TMT Spec’ internal office fit-out including replacement of all M and E services. Planning consent has been received for a second phase which will consist of the construction of an additional storey on the roof, providing additional lettable space, a roof terrace and an extension to the ground floor reception area. This phase will follow on from the first in a few weeks’ time. Watch this space!
