In 2017, Propitas were appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent to lead the procurement of the construction of a Costa Drive Thru in Pynes Hill, Exeter. Following a lengthy planning process, Planning Approval was received this time last year. Following further delays due to the pandemic and discussions regarding a S278 Agreement, we are pleased to report that we have finally broken ground and commenced works on site this week. The design team have prepared and procured a design to meet Costa Coffee’s Drive Thru Specification while also accommodating the requirements of the local planning authority and the Highways department.

We look forward to handing over the completed shell to Costa this summer.
