Propitas were appointed as project managers and cost consultants for this scheme on behalf of Boultbee Brooks Real Estate. The property comprises an office building located in the central Conservation Area of Reading, opposite the mainline train station. The property is formed of a 1970s concrete frame behind a former façade retention scheme. The works included the strip out of the majority of the internal finishes back to structure, forming a new main entrance and reception, exposed ceiling mounted VRF system, installation of new curtain walling to the rear elevation, high efficiency LED light fittings and newly refurbished courtyard garden.
The main contractor was Wow Build Limited, AWA were the M&E Consultants, G.D.C Partnership were structural engineers, with GPad London as architects.
