Practical Completion of the fit out of circa 27,000 sq ft of office accommodation at Livery Place in Birmingham, has been achieved. The high specification, cat A refurbishment, which was undertaken across three floors, included the provision of new comfort cooling and a substantial upgrade of the WC’s. A number of significant lettings have already been secured by the landlord, as a result of the works.
