Completion of 37,000 sq ft Cat A Refurbishment in Bracknell

Propitas project managed this architecturally-driven scheme on behalf of Boultbee Brooks Real Estate, bringing new life to this slightly tired office building, originally constructed in 2001. A completely new VRF air conditioning system was installed to a “TMT” exposed specification, with designer LED light fittings and acoustic baffles provided to soften the effect of the exposed concrete frame.

The main contractor was Jarvis Group Construction, with Neville Tucker as M&E sub-contractor. Michael Jones & Associates were the M&E Consultants, with GPad London as architects.
