Propitas were delighted to act as PM and EA in respect of the Cat B fit out of 140 Camden Street, London NW1 on behalf of their longstanding landlord/development client, Forge Development.  

The space comprises circa 20,000 square feet and is located on the lower levels of a recently completed mixed use development in bustling and vibrant Camden. 

The space will be utilised as a state-of-the-art co-working space let to and operated by IWG’s Spaces brand. 

Propitas previously acted as PM and EA on the new build mixed use development, and subsequent Cat A fit out of the commercial space, and were delighted to continue their involvement with this fantastic building.
