A contractor has been appointed to complete the £400k office refurbishment of Northside House. The works include Landlord’s CAT A refurbishemnt on two office floors, common part WC, lobby and lift refurbishment over 6 floors and re-modelling of the reception and external main entrance. The completed scheme will be delivered to market in August 2013. Propitas are appointed as Project Manager on behalf of Boultbee.
