Propitas were engaged by a major logistics operator to project manage the fit-out of a large distribution facility totalling 164,000 square feet. This followed the successful acquisition of the property with Propitas undertaking a pre-acquisition building survey and schedule of condition. Working to an accelerated programme determined by a fixed deadline to combine a number of operations on a single site, fit-out works were completed to ensure there was no disruption to the client’s business.
