Propitas are providing project management, contract administration, cost consultancy and CDM-C services for the £2.75m redevelopment of a 60,000sqft former B&Q store in to seven new shell and core units on behalf of Resolution Property Advisers. The appointed contractor, Midas Construction, took possession of the site on 07/01/13 to commence works on a tight, fast-track programme. Handover to Sainsbury’s is scheduled for 28 March 2013, with practical completion of the remaining units on  24 June 2013. The works form part of the final phase of asset management initiatives which will see a significant uplift on the value of Templars Retail Park.
