Propitas has now granted Practical Completion on the final phase of Landlord’s works at Templars Retail Park, which involved converting a 65,000sqft former B&Q store in to 7 new shell and core units. Two pre-lets have been secured and discussions and marketing are ongoing for possible take up of the remaining units. The park was recently acquired by KKR, aided by asset manager Quadrant Estates, and marks the US equity funds first entry in to the European commercial property market.
