Propitas were appointed by a leading automotive supply chain logistics provider to prepare schedules of condition in connection with their acquisition of existing businesses across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.  Inspections of 15 trade counter and industrial units were undertaken within a limited timeframe and issued to meet the client’s acquisition programme.  The schedules ensured a significant reduction of the client’s future dilapidations liability.
