Propitas were appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Cost Consultant on a comprehensive Cat A refurbishment of Titan House, Euston Way, Telford, to provide refurbished Cat A office accommodation over three floors, including extensive cosmetic improvements to the WCs, common areas, reception, external approach and car park. The scheme included new mechanical and electrical installations, with a target of improving the EPC and providing a sustainable property for our clients existing and incoming occupiers. Works completed in March 2023.
