Propitas were instructed to tender and manage the refurbishment of an office building in Fleet following the vacation of the unit by a previous tenant, and agreement of a dilapidations settlement. The works entailed a full internal refurbishment to the office with some minor refurbishment to the common areas and reception area. Propitas inspected the building and prepared tender documents, following receipt of the tender returns, and review of the Landlord’s proposed scope of works, the contractor was instructed. Propitas were able to manage the works to completion in line with the Landlord’s proposed scope and on budget.
