Propitas were instructed to prepare a Schedule of Dilapidations in the final year of a tenant’s lease and subsequently negotiated financial settlement of this, in advance of lease expiry in 2020. We were also instructed to tender and manage the refurbishment of these two industrial units in Crawley, which total approximately 8,000 sq ft. We were ready to commence works immediately upon lease expiry, with works comprising roof over-sheeting, external redecoration, window replacement and internal refurbishment to Cat A/shell standard. Works were completed on time and budget and returned to the market in the shortest possible timescale, ready for prospective tenants to view.
