Propitas were recently instructed by Earl Percy Southern Estates to inspect and prepare a Schedule of Condition on a large garden centre complex located in the historic Syon Park, in Brentford, London. The former national head office of Wyevale Garden centres spans approximately 110,000 sq ft of retail accommodation, including café, multiple sales areas, and listed buildings within the grounds of Syon House. The Schedule of Condition, which was to be agreed by both the Landlord and Tenant was for inclusion in a new lease. Propitas were able to inspect the demise over the course of one day, and prepare the schedule to safeguard our client against any excessive dilapidations works at lease expiry.
