We have recently completed the final phase of refurbishment at Programme in Bristol. The last phase included full strip out and Cat A refurbishment of 50,000 sq ft; entrance, reception, core and toilet refurbishment; significant roof level structural alterations to provide new core plant decks and external podium waterproofing & landscaping. Propitas acted as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for Resolution Property. Design team included BGY, Hydrock & Aecom. Phase 2 constructed by Ambit Moat.
