Acting on behalf of a major internal airport, Propitas recently prepared a Schedule of Dilapidations on a 100,000 sq ft aircraft hangar, involving the coordination of numerous specialist engineers and detailed inspections of all aspects of the building. Particular care had to be taken due to the airside location of the property and our assessment had to take account of a Schedule of Condition that was attached to the lease. Propitas were ideally suited to the role, as their Director who prepared the Schedule of Dilapidations had previously led a £3m refurbishment of the hangar some 15 years ago!
