Earlier this year, Propitas were appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent to lead the procurement of the fit out of The Kaleidoscope+ Group’s recently acquired headquarters’ building in West Bromwich. Following an initial Stage 1 tender exercise, we then worked with the client, a leading national mental health and wellbeing charity, over the summer months to develop and refine a refurbishment scheme that is sympathetic to this former bank building’s history, with a focus on retaining a number of its period features and original design quirks, whilst providing a modern environment.
