Acting as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent, Propitas have certified Practical Completion of a circa £3.5 million refurbishment of this building situated in a prominent location on Edinburgh Park. The property has been the subject of a substantial facelift and overhaul, including building fabric and car park repairs; the creation of 90 serviced office suites with break out/meeting facilities; and a complete refurbishment of the central WC and staircores. 

Whilst there was a 12 week shutdown as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, the main contractor did a superb job of re-engaging their supply chain in very challenging circumstances, and delivering the scheme in line with the adjusted contract programme, with no further delays encountered. A real team effort and occupiers have already started moving in!
