Propitas were appointed by the Landlord to act as Contract Administrator to deliver the external maintenance works to a multi-storey Georgian property comprising a hotel and bar in Liverpool City centre. The project included specialist stonework repairs and restoration, overhauling the timber framed windows, roof repairs and replacing the rainwater goods. The property was entirely scaffolded and the programme was stringent given the fact the works coincided with the hotel and a bar being fully operational, and therefore disruption to these businesses having to be kept to a minimum.
