Propitas were appointed to undertake a pre-acquisition survey of a 14,000 square foot office building on behalf of an international electronics firm as part of their long leasehold acquisition. Although the building was just 10 years old and had never been occupied we identified significant repair issues which needed to be addressed before the client could take occupation. As a result of our report, the Landlord agreed to undertake a programme of repairs and remedial works. Propitas monitored the Landlord’s works to ensure these were undertaken to an appropriate standard and properly documented.
