Propitas were instructed to provide a variety of professional services for nationwide chain Costa Coffee, in the South West of England. Starting in Exeter, we have been working with the Landlord of the Costa unit that backs onto the fire damaged Royal Clarence Hotel, to ensure the necessary reinstatement works had been completed to standard. From Exeter we then travelled to Torquay to carry out a dilapidations assessment of a Costa unit. Our motto is ‘have car, will travel’!
