We recently completed a dilapidations assessment study and report for a large central London private members club. The property is c. 85,000 sq ft, Grade 1 listed and held on a long lease. A full review was undertaken by building surveyors, services consultants and a valuation surveyor, all arranged and co-ordinated by Propitas. The resulting report and strategic advice given assisted our client in the longer term planning for their site and business model.
