Propitas were appointed by Wesleyan Assurance Society to provide technical due diligence on their investment acquisition of Leander House, Farnham.
The property comprises a 45,311 sq ft office building on a ‘List X’ status site. As part of the process we reviewed the lease and construction documentation to advise on liability and non recoverable costs, as well as specific breaches in the context of restrictive covenants that would present significant future liability. Propitas were also asked to provide advice on the feasibility of future refurbishment and improvement works.
