The imminent completion of a £1.65 million refurbishment at Brabazon House, Leeds; and two floors in The Blade, Reading, represent the delivery of the fourth and fifth Pure Offices centres since March 2017, following the handover of schemes in Port Solent, Aylesbury and Farnborough.

Appointed as Project Manager and Cost Consultant, we have been involved in the development of the brief, design, tender and contract administration processes, through to the centre’s launch. Quality and customer experience are very much the focus of Pure Offices and this is reflected in how quickly their space is taken up.
