Propitas were instructed to manage the delivery of an internal fit out for a multi-national distribution company, Select Music Ltd, at a light industrial unit in Horley, Surrey.

The contractor was approached directly by the client prior to our appointment, and we were subsequently instructed to review the specification and carry out a forensic check of the costed submission, ensuring value for money was offered and an appropriate scope was considered to meet the client’s brief. We subsequently managed the £250,000 contract to completion.
