Propitas have been involved with two major schemes over the past 18 months on behalf of Altitude Real Estate Limited, in Tunbridge Wells and West Byfleet. We have assisted the client in a project management capacity throughout the initial consultant appointments, design development, consultation and pre-planning stages. Both schemes are for retail and leisure led mixed use developments and have a combined value of £200m. We are pleased to report that both schemes obtained planning approval in Q4 2017 at committee at the first attempt.
